Terms & Conditions

React Safety Training ("we", "us", "our") provides first aid and fire safety training courses to individuals and organisations throughout the United Kingdom.

2.1 Individual Bookings

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• A contract is formed once payment is received and confirmation is issued.

2.2 Corporate Bookings

• Bookings may be made via invoice where agreed.
• Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise stated.
• The booking is confirmed once written acceptance (email or contract) is received.

3.1 Strict No Refund Policy

• All bookings are final and non-refundable once confirmed.
• By completing a booking, you expressly agree to waive any right to a refund except where required by law.

3.2 Consumer Rights (Individuals)

• Where booking is made online or at a distance, you may have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
• However, by booking a course within this 14-day period, you expressly request that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once the course has been delivered.
• If you cancel before the course takes place but within the 14-day period, we reserve the right to charge for any proportion of services already provided or administrative costs incurred.

3.3 Transfers (Discretionary)

• Transfers to another date or delegate may be offered at our sole discretion.
• We are under no obligation to provide transfers.
• Any approved transfer may be subject to an administrative fee.

3.4 Non-Attendance

• Failure to attend a course will be treated as a cancellation and no refund or transfer will be provided.

3.5 Additional Costs

• Where costs have been incurred on behalf of the client, React Safety Training reserves the right to recover these expenses in full.
• This may include, but is not limited to: venue hire costs, instructor travel expenses, accommodation expenses, course materials and manuals, certification and registration fees, and third-party supplier charges.
• These costs may be charged in addition to any applicable cancellation or rescheduling fees and are non-refundable once incurred.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to operational reasons, instructor availability, or events beyond our control.
• You will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
• We are not liable for indirect costs (travel, accommodation, loss of earnings).

• Participants must follow all safety instructions.
• You must disclose any medical conditions or limitations prior to training.
• We reserve the right to remove participants for unsafe or disruptive behaviour without refund.

• Certification is awarded only upon successful completion and demonstration of competence.
• We reserve the right to withhold certification where standards are not met.

• Training involves practical activities and carries inherent risk.
• We take all reasonable precautions but accept no liability for injury or loss unless caused by our negligence.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

• All course materials remain our property.
• No reproduction or distribution is permitted without written consent.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
• Disputes will be subject to UK courts.
